Is it time to re-examine the Mueller report ?

Now that a impeachment inquiry is under way and early results strongly suggest that President Trump was using his office for political gain, is it not reasonable that we consider that he may have done something similar in 2016?. After all Mueller did document multiple contacts between the campaign and Russia. And our intelligence agencies agree that Russia did interfere in the 2016 election. If this possible collusion is to be investigated as part of the inquiry, should the unredacted Mueller report be released to the relevant committees?

A question on impeachment and obstruction of justice

To no ones’ surprise President Trump is not going produce documents or allow critical witnesses to appear as part of the impeachment inquiry or Congressional oversight .

This seem to me to be obstruction of justice. Given that the Mueller report gave multiple examples of President Trump’s obstruction of justice, will these additional cases even more clearly demonstrate obstruction where the pattern was not convincing to some after the release of the Mueller report?
