There are problems with our immigration system but Republicans do not want to fix them. Republicans seem to want this as a campaign issue. They will continue to tell lies and attack immigrants whether is seems reasonable or not,
The latest example is blaming the Baltimore bridge disaster on immigration and diversity
Former President Trump (aka XPres, Former Guy, etc,.) has lied again. I am shocked (LOL).

If any of you have missed the Insurrection story, here is most of what I’ve had to say about it.
President Trump continues to fail us in so many ways that it is hard to pick his greatest failure. A few days ago I mentioned his greatest failure could be his response to COVID-19. Americans, especially old Americans, are dying because of that failure.

It is well known that President Trump has had a problem with the truth. Lies, misrepresentations and alternative facts have been apparent for a long time.
A fact checker put the number of lies and misrepresentations at over 20,000 since the beginning of his term and that was the number over a month ago . I’m not sure how many more lies and misrepresentations have passed his lips in recent weeks. We can argue over the exact number in this term but it is clear it is a big number.
