I have asked Are Republicans the enemy of democracy?. I do not think all are against against democracy. There are certainly those who accept the results of an election only if they win. Many of these seem to prefer an authoritarian system that allows their party to always win.

Then there are others who accept the results of a democratc election.

Recent events have not only shown the anti-democratic type who want to overturn the election but the others who standup to suport the results of an election even is it does not provide their preferred outcome.

Todays’s certification process should give us a better idea about which side Senators and Representatives are on.
