I noted earlier this morning that President Trump’s America First policy is working in COVID-19 area. In the past 24 hours we led the world in new COVID-19 cases and deaths. We are also a leader in cumulative death from the coronavirus.

Looking at the World Heath Organization(WHO) data table I see that we are also leaders in having 5,678 deaths in the past 7 days. But if you look at cumulative deaths per million we are way behind at number 11 today.

This would suggest we are moving up in the charts and although we might eventually get to number 1 in this category, the President needs to work a bit harder.

The number 1 rankings in the past 24 hours suggest he can get there. He could try accelerating the death rate from COVID-19 this would get us there faster. Maybe a goal for the second term.
