President Trump is now directing at least one Federal Agency to lie to the American public in support of his “truths”. Is this President Trump trying to figure out how far he can go using the powers of his office to mislead the public?

Or is just another way to distract us from the real issues (whatever they are). Perhaps the real issue is financial ties to places he rather not let us know about. Hence the hidden tax returns and trying to stop investigations. Perhaps he is afraid of something else.

Maybe it is an ego thing, not wanting to let people now when he is wrong. Maybe he want us to think that he is always right.

No matter what this is about, President Trump seems to be winning and the American people are losing. Maybe the loss is just in trusting government, maybe it is something bigger.

We will eventually learn what this abuse of power is about but shouldn’t we try to stop it.
