Doctors disagree with the NRA. They have noticed that bullets from guns may lead to severe medical problems and in many cases, even death.

The National Rifle Association or NRA has told doctors they should ‘stay in their lane’ since many favor gun regulation in the wake of so many mass shootings.

Perhaps it has something to do with seeing so much unnecessary carnage. Maybe it is telling parents their children have been killed or maimed. Or dealing with the survivors with severe injuries with devastating consequences.

Maybe some of the doctors though they should speak out on gun violence. Maybe we all should speak out on gun violence and gun laws.

This is the story of a Baltimore surgeon who himself is a victim of gun violence and disagrees with the NRA that doctors should be silent.
