Lies by T. M. Logan is not coming out in the US until September 2018. So I’d like to thank Netgalley for a chance to read and review this book well before the release in the US. It has been available in the UK for a while and presumably sold well enough that the a release in the US seemed like a good idea.
The book cover poses the question ” WHAT IF YOUR WHOLE LIFE WAS BASED ON LIES?” Seemed to me to be a bit of an oversell. Certainly the main character believed much of his adult life was based on a lie but not his entire life. Perhaps that is a fairly minor point or maybe the publisher just tried too hard with the cover.
The reviews I have seen on Netgalley, US Amazon, UK Amazon, and Goodreads have mostly been favorable. But I had mixed feelings about this book.
I enjoyed Lies by T. M. Logan very much up to a certain point and then tired of it somewhat but it did keep my interest until the end.
But nearly all the reviews I’ve seen were good ones and maybe my problem was just me. Read the reviews and decide if you might like this one.
